About Us
Who we are, what we do, and our commitment to authenticity, compliance, and service.
Apex Vape Wholesale is the operations partner for independent vape shops, tobacco retailers, and convenience chains across the United States. We exist to do one thing exceptionally well: keep your shelves stocked with authentic product, at fair pricing, delivered on schedule and in full compliance.
What We Do
- Authorized distribution for major vapor and tobacco brands, sourced directly from the manufacturer — never grey market.
- Tier pricing that actually moves with your volume. Bigger orders mean better margin; we publish it, we honor it.
- Compliance-first logistics: PACT Act labeling, state-registry enforcement, and proper tax documentation on every shipment.
- Dedicated reps — not a 1-800 queue. Every active account has one person they know by name.
Who We Serve
Licensed retailers who sell vapor and tobacco products to consumers in a regulated environment. Our partners range from single-location vape shops to multi-state convenience chains. We do not sell to unlicensed buyers — no exceptions.
How We Operate
Our warehouse holds deep inventory across the top 100 SKUs our partners reorder most. The goal is that your order ships today, arrives when we say it will, and contains exactly what the packing slip says — every single time. Misses happen; our job is to make them rare, and to make them right immediately when they do.
